October and Oxbridge and Medicine early entries

The deadline for applications for those applying to Oxbridge, for Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary students is the 15th of this month, but many other students also like to get their applications in around this time, as offers will start to arrive from now throughout the year until final offers are received in May.

Now is the time to firm up on those five choices. Ensure that you have a good mix of universities requiring different grades, some aspirational if all goes well, perhaps one fall back in case you drop a grade in one subject, and some that are well within your reach although stretching. You do not have to decide on a firm and insurance choice until June, so ensure you have a good range and nearer the time you will have a better view of how your grades are going. post content
